frequently asked questions and their corresponding answers.

  1. What is the volume of each dermal filler syringe? Each syringe contains 1 ml.
  2. Does Intraline offer fillers with Lidocaine? Our lidocaine fillers are currently in the CE approval process.  Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the most current updates on new product launches.
  3. What is the concentration of hyaluronic acid (HA) in each syringe? All of Intraline's dermal fillers contain 20 mg/ml of hyaluronic acid. 
  4. Where is your product manufactured? Our dermal fillers are manufactured in Sweden.
  5. Is your product CE approved? Yes!
  6. Is your product FDA approved? No, the registration process for approval in the USA is expected to begin in 2018.

  8. What is the difference between Intraline One and Intraline Two? The size of the hydrogel spheres in Intraline Two are approximately 10 times the size compared to Intraline One with approximately 10,000 spherical hydrogels per ml vs 100,000 in Intraline One.

  9. What is unique about Intraline dermal fillers? With our innovative spherification process, the hydrogels created are smoother than traditional hyaluronic acid gels.

  10. What does this accomplish therapeutically? Spherical hydrogels contribute to treatment longevity and ease of injection. It is malleable once injected so can be massaged for a more natural finish.

  11. Which product is best for lips? Both Intraline One and Intraline Two can be used for lips, so it depends on the practitioner and the desired look of the client. On a per ml basis, Intraline Two results in a more voluminous appearance.

  12. What are the factors affecting the treatment result?

    a. Practitioner injection method

    b. Patient metabolism and physiology

    c. Extreme temperatures (hot beverages, sun, extreme cold)

    d. Strenuous exercise first 2 days post treatment

    e. Alcohol consumption

    f. Medications – such as blood thinners

  13. How much longer lasting is Intraline Two? We don't currently have a definitive answer due to the subjective nature of the question, but a nasolabial fold study by Dr. Sebastian Torres shows high patient satisfaction at 10 months post treatment. 

  14. What is the shelf life of your product? Dermal fillers have a 36 month expiry from date of manufacture. Purchased directly from Intraline, all of our products have an expiration guarantee, which means if you don’t use the product before the expiry date we will replace it free of charge (with proof of purchase).

  15. What are your shipping costs? We offer free shipping in the UK on orders over £250. Please contact us for delivery costs if you are outside of the UK.

  16. Do you ship to Europe? Yes we ship to all EU countries.

  23. What is Sea Buckthorn? Sea buckthorn is a plant extract known for its healing and rejuvenating effects on the skin. When applied topically, it is a great natural cleanser and exfoliator.   24. When are you launching Intraline Three?  Intraline Three is currently in the CE approval process.  Please follow our social media channels for updates on all new product launches.

  25. Which product is best for facial contouring? Intraline Two and Intraline Men are best for facial contouring.

  26. Can I set up an account with you? We will create a file for you but we will not store your card details.

  27. Do you charge VAT? Yes, we charge VAT on all orders.

  28. Can I submit prescriptions? All prescription orders must be purchased from one of our authorized resellers.  They currently include Cosmedic Pharmacy and Filler World.
